    We are visitors to this area. We chose Mikado because of a local person's recommendation and we were not disappointed. Great food and great service! We had a sushi appetizer as well as shrimp noodles and beef noodles for dinner. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. Caleb, our server, was attentive and helpful.

    Eating at Mikado’s is not just a meal, it’s a small experience. Soup, a taste of their chef roll, your entree, and a post-meal palate cleanse. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. My personal favorite is the hangover roll. I’ve been going there for a decade now and will always consider it one of my favorite restaurants in CenLa.

    The food was delicious here. The steak fried rice was amazing. Tried a few different sushi rolls and they were all great. Service dog friendly as well.

    Friendly staff and servers. I've tried several things and I've never been disappointed. The sushi is some of the best in central Louisiana.
