Omg what a Sunday morning brunch treat! Kirk talked about this building during his childhood being Broussard’s Hardware packed with anything you could imagine. Really enjoyed the ambiance. The manager is the great chef Paul Prudhomme’s nephew. Live music & great food. Bottomless mimosas for 12$. Huge Bloody Mary in hurricane glass. Full menu with breakfast all day. Great family recipes. We will be back.
Yum yum yum I had the Brett wrap Sandwich. Just perfect.Savory and fresh at the same time. Details perfect. Wrap was lightly taosted, ingredients chopped to appropriate size and down right perfect flavor combinations. I hate getting a wrap Sandwich and on first bite half the ingredients pull out because they are not cut up appropriately. The only negative was weak drinks. Mostly juice in my Cosmo and undetectable vodka in the 2nd drink. Tasty but more on the tasty side of juice and not a cocktail.
I haven't had such a great lunch like this since Covid shut everything down. Food was great! Manager Scott Schilling came to our table and showed Valerie and me pictures of how the restaurant looked when it was first built in 1927. Go there!
Wow! This place delivers! Amazing food at amazing prices! Pulled pork nachos and boudin biscuits with fresh cream gravy! Heck ya! Pecan praline bread pudding straight out the oven! Shut the front door!
This is one of those places where you can tell the chef really cares!
Went for dinner with my wife in Downtown Breaux Bridge. Very quirky coffee shop vibe, even for dinner. Nice live music. Good local beer selection. The pork skin nachos were fantastic. They clearly read their reviews because I saw a review with the recommendation to surround the pulled pork with the pork skins, which is exactly how it came. Good portion size. We also had the boudin sliders and sausage sliders. Good and simple appetizers. Staff was not the fastest but very friendly and worked very well in the environment. Loved it and we will be back.
