    I can't express enough how awesum this place is!! We live in KY & visit family 3 times a yr & I stop here before getting to them!!🤣 wonderful fresh hot cracklins!

    We saw this little place while driving down the highway and pulled in. I had been telling my buddy about Louisiana Cajun Cracklins since we left Texas. These were most excellent, but best when fresh out of the store. I had planned to stop by on our way back home, but our route had changed an alas, we were not able to do so. Hopefully there will be a next time.

    23 bucks a pound sure sounded high to me, but as I was standing there to pay for my little order, a feller came in and ordered two pounds right off the bat. It sounds like I found the right crackling place for sure and for certain.

    A little up date
    I was sitting here reading reviews and thinking back. As for working guys, it seems to me that the crews would send a guy out to make a "food run" so that the crew would get something to eat from here because of limited hours of the store. I remember that we would do the same when I worked in the Power Plants.

    A tiny hidden gem with humongous tasty cajun treats in Patterson,La.
    Cracklings are cooked fresh with just the right amount of magical cajun dust.....
    Lots of frozen homemade treats to take home ,just bring a cooler...
