OH MY GOSH! Where do I start? My friend and I go here all the time for a quick dinner or just to catch up. We have gone several times but never have we ever had a waiter quite like Greg. Don't get me wrong we always have had a good experience but Greg was amazing. My friend needed a charger because her phone was going dead and Greg helped us find one. He then put us in his area and was serving about 10 tables, but was very attentive to us. He explained that he was one of the 4 waiters that they had that night when 8 or 10 were supposed to be there. So he apologized if the service was a little slow but it was not. I was very delighted by how nice, funny, and attentive he was. I hope Chili's see's this review so they can recognize how good of a waiter he is. P.S. ask for Greg, he works Thursday and Friday nights.

I Have Visited many Chili’s franchises and none can compete with the service and the atmosphere of the Mandeville Chili’s location.

You’re always greeted with a smile and the staff seems to be really enjoying serving the guests. I frankly HAVE NO IDEA how the Hammond location is still in Business. Messing up my order once is understandable but twice in 3 months. Whosever is in charge needs to either be fired or go to some sort of seminar on HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT ?

Sooooooo delicious! Had to get it to go but a coworker suggested the Caribbean salad with shrimp but I got chicken instead, so glad I did! The staff was great as well as a clean and friendly atmosphere. Thank you employees of Chilis! You made our lunch so much better today??
