Quick service and EXCELLENT customer service skills. I had an issue with an order that was incorrect ( basically the two sandwiches we ordered were “swapped”- correct toppings but on wrong sandwich)
I called and immediately got an apology and an offer to make it right, which they did. They were extremely nice and respectful about it. So surprised with the response. Not from Jersey Mike’s, but not used to having matters handled so well.
Will definitely go back!

This is more of a suggestion than a review. Love this place. However, today there were 5 people behind the counter including the cook, yet it was very slow. One guy took my order, wrote it down, gave me the ticket, cut the bread, slice the meat and put it on the bread. He was making to go orders and serving the people in line! It was way too much for one person to do. The other 3 people were just standing there waiting for him - 1 to add toppings, 1 to wrap the sandwich and 1 to ring up the order. All fine, but I was rushed to the register to pay and no one asked me what kind of bread, what size or what toppings I wanted on my chicken philly. I had to tell the cashier what they were so she could tell the guy doing all the work. I don't know why he gave me the ticket, because it was a ticket that you would give the cook. That is probably why my order was wrong. I specifically said no peppers but there were extra peppers and no onions. It was quite awkward watching the guy struggle to make all these sandwiches while the rest watched. No one was offering to help. With some training on efficiency and spreading out the duties, they could rock it!

You can smell the deliciousness as soon as you walk through the door. I ordered the classic Philly Cheese Steak. Excellent sandwich! The flavor of the roast beef was perfect! Combined with the grilled peppers onions and bread, it was heavenly. Just don't try to compare this with a juicy gravy-saturated roast beef poboy. Apples and oranges.

Nobody knows what they're doing and Nobody appears to be in charge. Highly unorganized!
