I was thrilled to visit the new Pho restaurant in our neighborhood, and I'm delighted to say that it exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have gone back a couple of times since our initial visit, and each dish we've tried has been nothing short of delicious. In my opinion, this is the best Pho soup restaurant on the Northshore, and that's saying something. The broth was rich and flavorful, the perfect balance of noodles and meat, cooked to perfection. The fresh rolls were a hit, the dumplings were tasty, and the sauce was a delightful surprise with its unique flavors. Plus, If you're a fan of Vietnamese coffee, don't miss out on trying their Vietnamese espresso martini! It's undoubtedly the best rendition of an espresso martini that I've ever tasted. The perfect blend of rich coffee and spirits, this unique twist will definitely leave you wanting another. This restaurant has quickly become my top choice for pho on the Northshore, and I can't wait to return for more culinary delights.
The food was delicious and they sell Boba Tea! Also, they grind their own chili pastes/dry rubs to add your own level of spice. I had the pho with rare steak and the husband got the hot pot with rare steak. We got plenty of steak in our meals. We also got chicken fried rice for the toddler. They do not have a kids menu, but it was a tasty option for her. They are still growing and hiring, but it'll be another great little spot on Water Street to get food.
Ordered shrimp vermicelli bowl and a shrimp rice bowl. Also, ordered dumplings and spring roll. Shrimp looked kind of strange. Not sure if it was method of cooking, seasoning, or combo of both. They tasted ok. Kind of chewy. Spring roll was average and couldn’t tell if dumplings were made in House or just frozen and reheated.
I’m gonna go back but might try chicken or beef next time
Hooray for Pho Water Street! We had dinner last night and it was very good. The steamed dumplings were fresh and perfectly cooked. I had the seafood soup and my son had the lemongrass beef. So savory, fresh, and filling. The service was equally as good and super friendly. I highly recommend.
