    They're great but the line is always so long that it takes about 20-30min each time I go there. I know thats not their fault that they're so popular but today I patiently waited in drive thru & got the wrong order even though I put in a mobile order ahead of time. I wish I could say it was the first time but they've done it at least 3 other times before. Im sure they would've fixed it if I told them but that would require me waiting another 30min or trying to get back in the crowded parking lot to go back inside . Despite that, I'm still giving them four stars because they are always so polite & welcoming.

    Girl taking the order did not seem to know what she was looking for. The ones making the order were good and got the drinks right but forgot to give me part of the order. Easy and fast to correct but I had to point out the missing items.

    Kim F was super friendly and that made my day. Customer service is obviously woven into the culture at this Starbucks! Will be back
