Samurai Dragon Hibachi Sushi & Ramen

This was our first visit to the revamped hibachi grill. The staff was very polite and they did not disappoint on the food either. I had been craving ramen and their's was delicious! They put on a great show on the grill with lots of fire.

We started going for the ramen. Which was absolutely fantastic. Now we order pretty much anything and it’s always outstanding. Had Hibachi here for the first time and Marco was our guy. STELLAR performance and food he prepared was amazing! New go to spot for our family!

We went there for the first time tonight. It is a new restaurant in an old location. New Management. It was great and I mean a great experience and food. We ate at the hibachi grill. Everyone of the staff from the gentlemen to seated us to the Chef. He was excellent not sure on his name but a wonderful fellow. His performance was tip top. The food was excellent...it was nice he asked each step did we want certain things regarding seasonings Teriyaki sauce, soy, salt pepper, etc. So we could have it tailored to our taste. Ours was slightly salty for our taste (subjective) so next time we will tell them to back off a bit so be mindful of the seasoning you are accustomed to. It certainly was not anything bad - hey we brought 2 go boxes home and looking forward to finishing it up. The cut of steak was great, Chicken Breasts were huge and the shrimp were fresh. They make their own soups (the clear was great) as well as sauces (recommend the ginger sauce for steak). They also make their own salad dressing. Nice to see when a place does that rather than opening some big can. Asked how we wanted our vegetables along the way (firm or more cooked). Impressed how he truly tailored it to each person. Cooked great and tasty. Entertainment was hilarious. A couple at our table was there for an anniversary and it seamed they brought the entire staff out to sing. Tambourines, drumsticks, and a couple other little instruments. Impressed they were truly having fun. When employees are happy the food always seems to have more care, quality, preparation and service. Happy people - happy food. We have done hitachi at various places over the years, and by far this was the best ever. It will definitely be a monthly visit from now on. We did not try the sushi - so cannot comment. Definite 5 star. Oh and also prices were more than fair... good value,
