    Just purchased a plate from this diner everything was cooked perfectly great taste, presentation was good over all very satisfied

    Great place for us working men to have lunch. The daily specials are served up very quickly & the portions are heaping. Good homestyle cooked food & great quick service. We stop often when working in Robert.

    Had the seafood platter and the wife had catfish Orleans. It was delicious. Excellent, fresh and large portions Staff very friendly. Highly recommend and of course we will be back.

    We are from Texas and stopped in this place. The best food in Louisiana! The staff was great and the food was wonderful! The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Would highly recommend to everyone. Definitely will be back!

    3/29/2018 - Added some pictures today from our to-go dinner order. We asked for extra crispy oysters, but got regular soggy ones. Food also seemed more oily than normal. That... and some menu price confusion gets a lowered rating.

    Previously... We've eaten here several times. It's a nice homey out-of-the-way seafood restaurant... but don't let that sway you. If you're in the area and hungry for some fried seafood... they don't disappoint. Sometimes we order three seafood platters for pickup and eat them at home with the kids, since we live nearby. Depending on your style you might be put off a little as you're walking in... but you'll be pleased as you're walking out! Don't forget to "like" my reviews!
