    This Grand Caillou location really stands out to me & now is my new go to. Carlos has outstanding customer service skills that have surpassed my expectations. I usually get the chocolate slim n trim but have noticed at some locations it isn’t always consistent. After discussing this with him because he asked genuinely about my experiences, I was able to learn exactly what was put into the smoothie & what I could ask for to make each visit exactly what I hope it to be. I’ve seen him before this visit and he is always smiling and goes above and beyond. If you are wanting consistency when ordering your smoothie with a smile I definitely recommend this Smoothie King.
