Okay, so I usually HATE Mexican food. All my family and friends know this. My boyfriend knows this- he hasn’t eaten Mexican food in two years because I refuse to go to a Mexican restaurant. I decided that when this place opened, I’d take him to make up for the two years of Mexican food deprivation.
I was expecting to hate it, like I hate most Mexican food.
Imagine my surprise when I discovered it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken and shrimp, perfect salsa, and great service. At first, they brought my boyfriend the wrong meal (hey, no big deal, it was their second day open and mistakes are bound to happen), but they quickly corrected it and the cook came out to personally apologize.
My boyfriend and I will DEFINITELY be returning in the near future!
