Arby's

This place is in need of some management. The drive-thru was broken and had paper signs that said to pull ahead to order. Sat in line for 15 minutes watching people order and then wait for their food instead of pulling up. Finally got to order and saw that they were out of just about everything. Staff was super friendly, so they got that going for them. Food came out as ordered but was very messy. Food tasted great. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience. Just definitely not what I expect when I go to Arby's. I think the right manager would make all the difference here.

It's hard not to love a good roast beef sandwich when all the other fast food restaurants are burgers or chicken. I've just started eating at Arby's again. Their seasoned french fries are delicious n the ice tea isn't bad. Great service and nice people working at this Arby's in Leesville. Only issue I have is having to ask for condiments at drive thru window. I don't think you should have to ask or check the bag before you drive away. Should be common practice at all drive thru windows to put at least 2 ketchups n a couple sauce packets in the bag along with the napkins! 😎

Shannon Hoarse is such a breath of fresh air!! Seriously I’m so happy to get a genuine, happy and respectful worker who has such great customer service. I will definitely be going back in hopes to see him again and enjoy good service and yummy food!
