The service was quick, the staff were pleasant and the best thing was they got our huge order correct.

Food always comes out fresh and servers are friendly and accommodating.

When it comes to fast food restaurants, unfortunately, I prepare myself to be disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. I don't visit them often, as a result of the disappointment and the lack of healthy choices. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying the visit was. I ordered food for two children and an 18 year-old. The associate got the order right the first time and the delivery was very prompt. When she delivered the food, she smiled, the food was hot, and she provided napkins without me having to make a request. To provide consistent quality food and service, has been the norm for a few fast food restaurant chains, in my experience. This Sonic visit made the list that's titled Try Again.

This was a great visit at Sonic the car hop was very nice

Used the express drive-thru, the service was awesome! They are really upping their game; the server that brought out our food was so polite and social, my mom and I both tipped her! Also, the drive-thru server was very professional, clear, and upbeat. I even mentioned to my mom how great he was with our order and his mannerisms.
Our wait time was short, food was fresh & warm, and the drinks were cold and crisp. If they keep this up, I'll be going there much more often.
