    I'm not sure what her position is but Lillian had an unparalleled situational awareness. She knew absolutely everything going on around her from the customers waiting to be seated to the employee tasks of the moment all while she was flawlessly doing the cooking and seldom seemed to turn her head. She even tracked which employee happened to be carrying the lone "extra pen" at any given moment. Absolutely outstanding during a busy lunch rush.

    If I hadn't just been passing through and actually lived in the area, I would ve been trying to figure out a way to hire her away.
