    My 1st time to use The Chop Shop will not be my last! I had 2 deer processed into some of the best sausage (I got 5 different kinds), breakfast burritos, summer sausage and bacon wrapped & stuffed backstrap! I have only tried one of the sausage flavors and the burritos so far and I'm BLOWN AWAY! The sausage is perfect! The recipes are KILLER! Thank you Ronnie Gremillion for superior products! I'll be back!

    Love the Stein’s Syrup Sausage and hogsheads cheese! Great customer service!

    This was my first time to drop by The Chop Shop. Any time I go to a specialty meat shop I like to talk to the staff and get suggestions from them on their products. I met and talked to the owner, really nice and extremely helpful guy. I told him what I was looking for and what I would be cooking and he suggested the products he would use in those dishes. He also gave me a few recommendations of some of their other products that sounded too good to pass up.
    Can't wait to dig into the sausages he recommended. Not to mention the boudin and hogshead cheeses.
    I'll post the pics of what I ended up getting tonight and I'll add my description and review of each later as I cook each one.
    I did try some of the prepared foods they have in the hot box and it was all good. I think I need more of the duck and pecan spring rolls, one was not enough.

    Awesome selection of meats and specialty meats. Great service and very helpful and friendly. Never had anything bad from here, everything is delicious
