Really disappointed with this place, the food is good, but they lack on customer service. I called for a delivery order, and the girl who answered the phone was really polite, took my order and told me that would take 40 minutes. Everything was great. But then it took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to have my food delivered. I called after 1 hour passed, and I was told that the driver had already left with my order. 25 minutes later, I still didn’t get my food, so I called again, only to hear that now everything that I could do was wait, because they couldn’t do anything about it. When the food finally arrived it was cold and it was missing something from my order, I told the driver and he replaced the things that were missing with something he had on his car. They definitely need more organization, I understand that they’re busy on Friday night, but if they can’t handle the deliveries, they should tell the right estimate time that it will take or offer for the person to do the takeout. If I knew, I would have stopped by to get the takeout or ordered somewhere else.
