Roy's All Steak Hamburgers

I have driven by this place too many times to count. Finally took a leap of faith and tried it out today. First things first - cash only, totally cool with this and their no frills approach ... but that no frills, low overhead business model should mean a better bang for your buck. Portions are very small (IMHO)!for what they charge and I honestly didn't find their burgers to be overly tasty or anything special, essentially a local "McDonald's" although slightly better quality. The crinkly cut fries are very good however and if you like fries get a large because a small is just a tease. Service was fine, nothing special, establishment could use a little sprucing up bit otherwise acceptable for what it is. Overall not bad, but yet another place I more than likely will not go out of my way to return to and not my first recommendation in the area for a good burger. (Cow Bell is Amazing!) I feel this is more of a “local institution”’ that is slightly overrated based on its history vs. the actual quality of their food.

Eat here every week. Breakfast is amazing. The girls are fun to deal with. Never any issues with the food. I'll keep coming here as long as I'm around!

I would recommend Roy's to anyone. I love their burgers and fries. It was my first time going to Roy's. I brought the family with me to try Roy's out. We ended up having a wonderful experience. We got schooled on the Roy's specialty Burger's, what should be on them to make them official. The price was just right for the five of us. Our bellies or full with delicious food. I would definitely recommend Roy's to anybody.
