    This place is pretty great! This specific location has this dude (and you'll know him when you see him) who is an amazing customer service expert, he always knows my order and it's always fast

    The service, iced coffee and donut are great ad usual. Only 2 complaints. #1. I ask for extra ice in my drinks and hardly get any ice at all. THAT is irritating since I am.paying for the drink. #2. The music in the facility is way too loud. I know the youngsters like it loud but us older folks don't and we are the customers. Other than that, great place.
