Very very small ,packed in pretty tight. Good home cooked food. Priced reasonably

Great prices, quality food, friendly service. It would've been a 5 Star Rating but we visited during lunchtime and there was only one server. As a result it took 30 minutes to receive our food. Maybe it was just an exception.

I can hear some of these people stomping their feet in their reviews because they had to wait for food. Lol.

Seriously amazing. I had a delicious steak tips 'fourth of July' breakfast special and it was so amazing. The prices are very affordable, and the food was consistently good around our table. The waitress and other staff were very friendly. I wish this establishment was in my home town, I'd be there every day!

Quaint, small-town diner with a good breakfast menu. Prices are right in line with what you would expect from a small place like this. Three of us had a good breakfast for less than $25 before tip. My daughter enjoyed her blueberry pancakes and bacon. My wife and I liked our omelettes with home fries. The homemade wheat toast was also good.

Don't blink, or you'll drive right by it in downtown Mechanic Falls.

My only minor criticism is that Kathy's Diner is cash only.
