Frederick' s Southside Restaurant

Cozy, friendly, atmosphere, busy, busy and affordable. This was the chicken Parm lunch special, came with salad and baked on the premises man size roll all this and a diet pepsi for $12.75.

Ive been getting pizza here since I was born 21 years ago. They are by far the best pizza on the planet; and I have never gone anywhere and not said I wanted fredericks, or recommended it just because I feel like talking about you guys. 10/10 pizza and 10/10 people. The dining experience is very comfy and warm. As a kid they would give me a ball of their dough to play with as I waited for my meal, and to this day I still have my birthday dinners there with my family. This place is a light in my life and if they were ever struggling I would pull anything and everything out of myself to support them!

I had heard about Frederick's Southside from a friend, who had raved about their pizza. So, I decided to give it a try. The moment I walked in, I could tell that this was a special place. The decor was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

I ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni and half mushroom, and it did not disappoint. The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed every bite and even took some home for later.

But what happened the next day was a nightmare. As I was leaving the restaurant, I was attacked by a bear in the parking lot. It was a terrifying experience, and I thought that it was the end for me. However, a Frederick's employee named Jorge came to my rescue. He used a broom to fend off the bear and called for help. Thanks to his quick thinking, I was able to escape with only a few scratches.

I cannot thank Jorge and the staff at Frederick's Southside enough for their bravery and care during this ordeal. They truly went above and beyond, and I am forever grateful. Not only did they serve me the best pizza I've had in a long time, but they also saved my life. I would recommend Fredericks Southside to anyone looking for great food and even greater service.

What a great spot! Great food! Portions are more than what you're paying for. The owner and staff were attentive and friendly and down to earth. We ate here every night and plan on coming back on every trip to Caribou! Thanks for helping us celebrate my husband's birthday!
