    Slow service. The staff were nice, but very slow moving and there was an enormous line.

    They were so conscienctious about my daughter's many food allergies. They were aware of ingredients, but offered us the chance to double check. They were very mindful of cross contamination and they were very professional about it. No one made it seem as though we were creating more work for them. It was nice to feel so much confidence, and my daughter had more than one non-dairy choice. The employees and managers are to be commended!

    Always a go-to stop for a cold sweet treat while visiting L.L. Bean. Plenty of staff to keep up with the summer crowds. Big selection of delicious ice cream to chill out and enjoy a delicious dessert. Clean cool atmosphere inside as well as quick service outside as well.

    The ice cream is good. The milk shakes are overpriced and not that good. Ben& Jerry's is a novelty stop in Freeport. You'd be just as good off buying a pint at bow a
    Street market and walk around with it !
