Great food (the lobster bisque is exceptional), very nice folks, and incredibly reasonable prices. This was the first time we've been here, and we'll certainly be back!
Be aware that they only accept cash and check (though there's an ATM in house), and it's BYOB (no alcohol served).
Thank you for your wonderful work, see you again soon!

I love this place! I always go when in Maine. It would be five stars if not for the extremely high prices for a place where you order and sit either inside or outside on picnic tables. You can see the lobster man bring in the lobster right to the restaurant which is awesome with it's location on a pier. Their lobster roll I believe was 24 dollars!!! TOO expensive, but mouth watering with good chunks of fresh lobster. Clam chowder is good, not to die for. The other pic is their fried haddock which I didn't try but was told was also 20 something bucks!! I'll be back next time, it's a must go just be prepared for a high bill without the fancy dining.

The fried fish lacked flavor. The quality of the fish was good, but the light brown crispy coating did not enhance the taste. The fish was hot, but the bed of fries it came on were barely warm. The fried onions rings are extremely oily and lacked flavor. The came with a dark smooth brown coating, different from the fried fish. All we could taste was a mouthful of oil. Fish I could enjoy with tarter sauce, but onion rings - couldn't eat them. Cold fries were nothing special.

Harraseeket Lunch & Lobster has come a long way from its beginnings. It is still very casual - most tables are outside and picnic type - but the food remains the same: huge portions of fresh, delicious fried seafood at a reasonable price.
Do not come here looking for fancy. You order your food at a walk-up window and are called by number when your food is ready for pick up. Food is served in baskets and paper plates, with plastic utensils. You don't need fancy to have excellence.

My family and I were looking for an authentic and water front location to enjoy some fresh lobster and this place continually popped up in our search. We were traveling in an RV so based on previous reviews, we were worried about being able to safely park in the area. We called ahead of time and they were able to confirm that space would be available. Even when we arrived, staff was very helpful in helping us park in a reasonable location (right outside their designated parking lot). This place was exactly what we were looking for. They have a main lunch menu right when you walk up that has meals for both seafood and non-seafood lovers (my mom ordered a veggie burger). Around the corner is fresh lobster cooked to order with potatoes and a husk of corn available as sides. They have both outdoor and indoor seating available with a second floor deck overlooking the water. When having fresh lobster, this is the ambiance you need. Would definitely return to this location and recommend to others who are staying in the area!
