Petrillo's

Tucked away in Freeport outlets but everything is scratch made. Meatballs and sauce were devine. Clam chowder was packed with clams and potatoes and was one of the best chowders my husband ate this week. Can't go wrong with homemade food, great service, and local craft beer!

Sat outside on a perfect Maine August evening. Lindsay was topnotch as our server. Delicious thin crust pizza was excellent with toppings of mushrooms, caramelized onions and roasted sweet red peppers. Spaghetti with their INCREDIBLE signature homemade meatballs was diviine. We even ordered 2 meatballs as an appetizer because we love them so much.

We discovered this place last summer during our first trip to Maine. We like it for the lobster pizza! We got take out this year because our two small kids tend to be a bit too loud for most restaurants lately. Service was very friendly and the pizza was excellent. Would have given 5 stars but they forgot to give us a plastic fork for our daughter's pasta dish. Overall, very good and highly recommended! If you're going to visit Freeport for LL Bean shopping, make sure you try Petrillo's!

Delicious food and friendly wait staff. Our waitress was also the bartender and she was very courteous and friendly. It was the hostesses first restaurant job, but she was all hands on. The owner even came out and talked with us for a bit. It was the best dining experience we have had in a long time! Great job guys and great food !!!!
