At first glance, this place is a little scary... but good god almighty- the beef pho is to die for! I go out of my way to get a bowl when I can. The broth is super flavorful and they don’t skimp on the beef or toppings. SO good

Stopped by for lunch on a trip to Portland. We entered the restaurant and there was nobody at the front desk, just two people inside having lunch. Shortly after someone came out and told use we can sit wherever we want. Food was great although i think its more Americanized than traditional Vietnamese cuisine because there's lettuce in the rolls and main dishes. Ordered pork spring rolls which were so so, pork was sliced thin almost like deli meat and was not too flavorful. The spring rolls were packed with lettuce so there was not as much flavor as to be expected. For the main dish i ordered the egg roll and pork vermicelli noodle bowl. The sauce to accompany it was fantastic, bowl was a very large serving, vermicelli was spot on and pork full of flavor. Overall a great experience and I would visit again.
