I've enjoyed three pizzas from Radici- the margherita with buffalo mozzarella, the Alici with bagna cauda and salsa verde, and the al ragú with lamb and pork ragú. All three were tremendous. High quality ingredients. Great flavor and chew on the dough. Very unique toppings, like the bagna cauda, and not too many toppings that would muddle the flavors. You can tell they take great care in what they are producing. Easy curbside takeout right now during covid. I look forward to sitting at the bar someday and trying more of these great pizzas!
