Attentive and knowledgeable service from server Jim. Especially impressed with his ability to select a wine for my non-wine-loving friend. We ordered 6 dishes and they were each flawlessly executed! One of the dishes was a risotto made fresh from start to finish with perfect texture and consistency - very impressive and unusual that a chef devotes this amount of effort and time during service. The kicker? Not very expensive relative to the quality and quantity of food. Very well done in the top tier category of Portland fine dining.

Came to Portland for our 33rd anniversary, came to Ribollita just from reviews. What an awesome place, had the Northern linguine with white sauce, which was fantastic. No sand grit in seafood. The wife had the short rib which she loved, and she is a very picky eater. Wish we could fit dessert. Enjoyed it immensely.

Wonderful food a great service. Very attentive and friendly. Food is cooked to perfection. If you are interested in an authentic Italian meal this is the place to go!

Love this place! We've eaten here 3, or 4 times and love it. One feels pampered, but not pestered. Professional staff. (Jim on weekends). Food is thoughtfully created.
