Sapporo Restaurant

Delicious food and very generous roll sizes. Their spicy crunchy rolls are what makes this one of our favorite places. Wait service is hit or miss depending on the time of year. The people we see regularly are great, it's just the fresh faces that turn over a lot that seem to have a hard time keeping on top of things. Wait time is never a problem during weekday lunch, so it's a great spot to get in and out. They also have an actual parking lot, which makes it that much more attractive of a place to eat.

I don't know. Really I was expecting more. The location is literally 200 ft from Casco Bay. All the seafood restaurant in the area are phenomenal. The sushi wasn't any better than what I eat back home (Oklahoma). Maybe my expectations were too high. However, I tried Monk Fish liver for the very first time! Not sure I'll order it again though. But that's not the restaurants fault. On a positive note, nice place, good service, great location and good price.

Very good food, very fresh sushi! Brought our kids here and it was very nice to sit outside on the patio with them. Great service and all around a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

We have eaten here on many occasions and I just can't understand how anyone could possibly give this place anything less than five stars. Some people either don't know good food or they're just completely impatient and unreasonable. If you want fast food, go to McDonald's. I think that this place has been victim of the millennial crowd who are simply unrefined and impossible to please and are essentially a bunch of malcontents.
The quality of the sushi is very high and it has a high umami rating. I am very picky about where I eat sushi and you just must know that this is the real deal.

This restuarant was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the service was amazing. The food was excellent as well. It's a nice causal restuarant.
