Best coffee in town, food is on point, great staff, and a perfect spot for a classy wine date night 6:00 to 8:00

Was staying at an Airbnb across the street that highly recommended Smalls. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a natural wine bar / coffee shop / gift store / grocery store that has been superbly decorated. The vibes were really good (playing 80s music, which I personally really enjoyed). We shared a cappuccino and a latte that were both excellent. Highly recommend to anyone visiting or living in Portland!

Cozy vibe, everything on the menu is best of breed--the coffee! the matcha with honey! Oysters and a Last Word cocktail will cure whatever ails you. Great selection of things you might not need but can't live without like sexy condiments, beautiful mugs, exotic teas, and small batch skin care.

Really cute space! I enjoyed every bit of my experience at Smalls, from the exceptional service, to the tasty food options, to the variety of offerings in the market. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Smalls is super friendly and accepting; they have fantastic coffee and tea, a fun and exciting wine list, and the small plates at happy hour are worth visiting. We had the white beans, warm marinated olives, and spiced beets. All were excellent. Everyone who works there was a delight and I highly recommend visiting when you are in a Portland. Also, there is a shop with tons of fun gifts and products and even a few fresh grocery items. We found some high quality spices, herbs, and tea that we loved. Definitely a must visit place!
