Amazing food, good prices, and amazing service. Food is sooooooo tasty and filling! But could use more tables. And great quantities of the food.

WOW, WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE, THE FOOD WAS , OH SO GOOD, VERY FRIENDLY FAMILY RESTAURANT, AND THEY HAD A SINGER ON THEY FRIDAY THAT WE WERE THERE. If you can, check this place out in your travels.

Sandwich was pretty good! Everything was fresh tasting and the bread was great! Their milkshakes are pretty killer too.

Oh man, there is no better sandwich shop in Portland. Have never had anything between bread here I didn’t like. Super great flavors, Hip and not pretentious, laid-back and still super quick with the orders.

The Local Press is an AWESOME place to eat and enjoy good company. My boyfriend and I were new to the neighborhood and a friend suggested this sandwich shop to us. We went in not knowing what to expect, and almost instantly, we fell in love. The food is incredible, and the staff is awesome. One of the bartenders, Dean, gave us excellent service, was extremely attentive to our needs and kept us wanting more (Local Press). My boyfriend and I frequent this establishment because of its close proximity to our apartment as well as the friendly and inviting faces we walk into each time. We were also introduced to two people who make sandwiches on the take out side, I believe their names are Dan and Chris. Each of them was very outgoing, respectful, and eager to serve us as well as chat with us while we dined at the take out section of the Local Press. If I were able to give a 20/20 I would do that instead. Cannot wait for my next sandwich!
