The Oktoberfest was a blast. The venue handled the event without a hitch. There was room for everyone with space to spare. Having the overhead canopy was nice for when a brief shower passed.
I had never been to a concert at the Point, but was it fabulous. I love the variety of the food trucks that were there. The sound system was excellent. There is not a bad place to sit and listen to the music.
This venue is incredible. Beware, shows will go on rain or shine. But if it's a night like we just had, it's pretty magical. Setting sun, nearly a dozen food trucks, beer, wine and plenty of space to roam around. Then the show starts!
Visited for the Summer Sunsets On The Point. Starts at 4pm until sunset. Got there around 8pm and almost all food trucks where sold out.
Really enjoyed the vibe. A lot of dogs, many games, variety of food trucks and also a stand selling alcohol. Nice place to watch the sunset. Will be back earlier next Thursday to hopefully enjoy one of the trucks.
This venue is amazing! My husband and I love it here--- open with no seats...plenty of dancing and great music. We were lucky enough to see Old Dominion in May. They were fabulous and were able to share a very personal show with their Maine fans.
