Visit Portland

Visited the area from a cruise and I really appreciated the fall colours, one of my main reasons for the tour, bought a few souvenirs and soaked up the local knowledge.

I loved the visit, but the weather cut back on seeing the surrounding areas.

Portland is such a beautiful place. I have only explored near the port so far, but it is amazing. Last year we visited Gilbert's for some Lobster Stew and it was fabulous would highly recommend.
Today we ventured on a small train that takes you up the coastline. It was a lot of fun and we got to meet some great people along the way.

First time to this foodie and drink legend. People everywhere high energy and fun. Whole town feels like you walked into a welcoming Cheers bar. East to walk around, scenic harbour great restaurants, many micro breweries and of course know for lobster and oysters. Have some wine and oysters at J's Oysters on the canal, and for unique experience and beauty try the lobster rolls at the food trucks in parking lot of spectacular looking lighthouse. A must see when you nearby. Also experience roof top bar at Westin hotel.
