    Their coffee went downhill when they started flavor shots instead of real flavored coffee.years ago!!!! Only thing I don't like is every Dunkin Donuts coffee is made different depending what one u go to. No consistency to preparing coffee. U just need to find that special person that can make your coffee the correct way. I personally only eat food their now. I don't like the coffee now they don't have hazelnut coffee don't like flavor shots
