Food is pretty good but a bit expensive for a chain. It's BBQ so that's to be expected I guess. Dinner without alcohol was about 23$ per person.
Service was very poor. The waiter didn't know answers to simple questions. When he said he'd check he seemed to get lost and forget to let us know.
Been there a few times and it's pretty consistent. With slow service and good but not amazing food. Good selection so you should be able to find something you like.
We visit this restaurant frequently and the food, drinks, and especially the staff are all awesome. I suggest trying the burnt ends and country roasted chicken or brisket. Slow smoked and always delicious. Julie, Brittany, Rick, Chris, Amber and Dawn and several others are all familiar faces who enjoy what they do and always make the visit an absolute pleasure. Stop by and treat yourself to some great eats sometime!
The restaurant and food were great. The service from our server was absolutely horrible. He was continuously rude and when he wasn't being rude he was ignoring our table. We had to ask for kids menus and he snapped at us that they are only for 9 and under. We said our daughters were 9. He huffed and went and stormed off and came back with one kids menu which on the front said for kids 10 and under. I am not sure if he was trying to get a bigger bill or if he doesn't like kids or what. He was constantly rude and acted as if we were bothering him by being there. He also did not bring us everything we ordered and seemed put off when we asked for it. We also noticed other tables had complimentary chips, which he did not give us. I just cannot express what a horrible experience it was and how awful he made all of us feel. The restaurant itself was nice and the food was good. I am sure if we had a different server it would have been fabulous.
Very good food my only thing was the amount of fat to usable meat. I ended up with a whole side plate for my fat. It was very tasty otherwise. For a first time I'd call it very successful. The quality was worth the price. Around 23 dollars for a plate of very tasty meats and two side dishes.
Smells BBQ from the outside and really smoky BBQ upon walking inside. You will NOT be disappointed. The lunch servings are perfect size and price. When we didn't eat the cornbread muffins we were given a special sized container for each one and a paper bag to take them home without having to ask.
Service is top notch with frequent checkups on us. The guys had the two meat combos and pronounced the St. Louis ribs, Georgia pulled pork, the beef brisket and the chicken excellent. They enjoyed their sides of meaty smokey baked beans. Being the vegetarian I had the broccoli and cheddar baked potato without bacon and liberally doused that russet potato with their sauces. Yummy.
Lowered the rating as it is very loud inside and hard to talk. Lots of families and couples eating there. God value.
