“Food was awesome. I'm a vegan and I had their version of "make your own pho" which was great. Atmosphere was also nice, great music. Service, however, left a bit to be desired. Other than ordering and dropping of food, I didn't see anyone. I also had to chase down someone for a check (physically, I had to get up and find someone). And they weren't busy at all. A total of 5 tables out of roughly 15 were seated. But, maybe it was just an off night? Who knows If definitely give them another chance if I come back to Portland.”

“I love the food. The staff is nice. Too many times there is confusion about who's food is ready. When you call out number 9 and four people come to the counter, it's time to make a strategy. Call people by ticket number is hugely popular in most places. I had to fight a guy who ordered 5 minutes after me for a sandwich.”

“The help was nice but the kiosk slows things down.6 bagels,someone could have could have got them and taken our money.but we needed to enter them in the kiosk,then wait for the girl at pickup to finish all her eat in orders then come down to the bagels and get our order and bring them back up to the pick up counter,so the guy at the register near the bagels said oh you need to get your bagels at the pick up counter,all of 15 to 20 minutes.really,stop making the customer do you work you pay employees to do and get rid of those kiosk.even your employees think it slows them down.give everyone their jobs an go back to good service.”

“Definitely great buffet here. Absolutely worth it for the price. Best time to go would be during the week days for dinner because there is a lot of food and not a large crowd. Food was all fresh and kept getting refilled soon. Staff was friendly. Sushi was really fresh and made right there at the sushi bar. Would go back here again and again with friends and family”

“My husband and I went here one time to just check it out. We had thought is was an actual meat shop, but it was a sandwich one. Surprised, but pleasant all the same. The food was amazing and fulfilling as their sandwiches are huge. We go back at least once if not twice a month. We love it and it is our favorite place to eat. The staff is wonderful as well, so that makes the experience all the better.”

“Got a pulled pork and mango (gluten free) pizza at Brooke’s recommendation. Freaking delicious. She then recommended other pizza toppings for my friend. Brooke was very friendly and most helpful. Five stars to give her a raise. Also, would return for more gluten free crust. Restaurant has excellent font choices, if you’re into that sort of thing.”

If, however, you're a bit late for lunch, expect a re-heated burger that was cooked during the lunch rush. Fries are always great. “The food itself it really good! However, I ordered from a food app at 9pm and they called me 5 minutes later to tell me they were out of the watermelon arugula salad, i said that was ok asked to be refunded, 2 minutes later they called at said that they were also out of the second item I had ordered. So out of the 3 items, only one was available... I think in actuality the staff just doesn't want to prepare and serve food after 9pm.. Which is reasonable. However, if this is the case, they should not be accepting food orders past 9pm (they don't close until 10pm). Overall, food is great, but night staff doesn't want to work late.”

“It was a Sunday morning and we got seated immediately. Our waitress Lisa (looks like Abby from NCIS) was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. She was courteous, efficient and most of all a fun person with all her tables. She made sure all her people had all they needed and were happy throughout my visit. Food was prepared as we ordered it. Was served hot and we had a very enjoyable time at this restaurant”

“Terrible access to get to this location if you're not on the right side of the road. There is no access for your car from the strip Mall behind it (Dick's) . But once you're inside the place is gorgeous, spacious, and while not to my preference, it's all updated with the new MacDonald's ordering method. I've found, if you don't like the self serve ordering, just order like we all used to!”

“We visited the Wendy's by the Maine Mall tonight. The fries were HOT & FRESH!! Our 4 for 4 sandwiches were hot & perfectly done and our nuggets were hot and crisp! We each had one of their AWESOME natural lemonades. My boyfriend had the regular lemonade and I had the Tropical Berry which was amazing. Of all their locations I've visited this one and the North Windham ones are the best. If you're short on cash this is a great place to get enough food to fill you up!”

“I just got a gyro from the most sweetest people I have ever met. They make the food with such meticulous care and passion and are very well prepared when it comes to explaining or suggestions. I ordered once before from this place back in February and not only the food was disgusting but the environment was so dirty, it made me not come back until today, when I saw an 180degree change of the store. Spotless clean and beautifully arranged. The prices are very low compared to the amount of food you get. I just ate half and saved the rest for dinner. Thank you guys for the amazing food and clean work environment where you serve food to our kids. You are very much appreciated and I cannot wait to come back next Sunday. :-)”

“Not only is the food better than advertised, but the staff here is incredibly respectful. I left a box with three antique class rings, a family heirloom, at the Main Mall Rd., South Portland, ME location. I called two weeks later and they still had my grandfather's rings waiting for me to pick them up! These wonderful people could have done anything with them but they kept safe watch over the rings and my brother and I got to celebrate with some pizza and brews. I am eternally grateful to the staff here for their discretion and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some really tasty deep-dish pizza served by a friendly and patient crew.”
