T.j.s Sandwich Shop

The sandwiches taste amazing but I'm not too thrilled about their open face delivery. The bread is so small I thought they'd forgotten to put the top bread on. But, of course too much bread isn't good either. However, I like bread that's at least big enough to fold like a typical Italian. I must deconstruct the sandwich and remake it so that I can eat it w/out making a huge mess.
I'm amazed by how many people say the staff is friendly. Every time I have stopped in the staff is standoffish, rarely smile, act as if I'm bothering them, and seem like they want me to leave as soon as I walk through the door. If the food didn't taste so good I wouldn't bother. I give 4 stars for the food but service here is a big issue. Please try to be friendly when customers come in. Service with a smile goes a long way!!

Sandwich was good. Shelves were pretty barren. I fear this store isn't long for this world

They make a good sandwich. The only problem is they don't make my favorite Chicken Caesar wrap during the winter or early spring. They claim it's seasonal. Not sure what is seasonal about chicken or romaine lettuce.

Great local place. Tasty Italian sandwiches. Tidy, well kept, clean interior. Gents running the place were helpful and efficient, with just enough color to keep people laughing.

Like this place. Stopped there every weekend will my finance, who passed away, for gas n snacks for our Maddy moo before I was dropped off at my daughter's babysit in Westbrook. Great service n very polite employees. Recommend this place to everyone.
