Taco Bell

So My brother and I weant to get food for the whole family (4 people) going through the drive thru, and the lady said she couldn't hear us when we where practically screaming and was kind of rude to us and wasn't even trying to be nice. When we pulled up to the window we paid then she said to us "Your food is going to take a little bit of time, do you want to try our new drink? it is mountain dew with peach in it." We said yes and she gave us a sample, about half a small cup. We drank and we told her we liked it so she gave us two large mountain dew with peach in it for free! I thought that, that made up for her taking a whe for our order. After a little while we got our food and we checked it to nake sure that we had everything. She forgot our chicken strips, so she got them for us. Then we checked again, and she forgot my brothers tacito. So she checked the screen that had our order, and she said we didn't order one but we did. She was being really rude about it so we just left. In conclusion, their food is good but their employees aren't.

Lobby is closed for renovations, but the drive thru is open during the remodeling.. Went at 2 p.m. so was surprised to still see a backup of 4 cars,, still the wait wasn't more than 5 minutes.. poor guy at the window was overwhelmed working so fast to catch up that he forgot napkins and hot sauce...
