We are both vegan, and would absolutely recommend the General Tao’s tofu or the bean curd family style to anyone who wants a meet alternative. “Considering the small building that Franchetti's is located in the put out a large amount of food in a timely manner. The longest wait I have been told over the phone is 30 minutes and when I showed up the place was packed so it made sense. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza is not there best but a classic pizza is absolutely delicious. There has been a lot of turn over with the staff lately but all employees are helpful and happy 90% of the time! Keep up the good work! Impressed, Chillidoe”
