Was traveling for work and happened to stop here for a late supper. This was a WONDERFUL surprise. The lobster dinner was delicious, and the blueberry pie was as delicious as everyone will no doubt tell you it is! Save room and have the pie!!!! Was one of my favorite meals during my trip; simple and heavenly!
Not sure how to describe it, great customer service. Lobster obviously fresh. Salad was good too. Blueberry pie...very good. Typing this up is making me hungry. Wish food was this good in Los Angeles
There was a long wait - almost an hour, before we could be seated. Our server was polite but rather inattentive. He didn't give us bread or coleslaw until we had to remind him. The food was tasty though. It was our first lobster eating experience but our server didn't come to check with us despite saying that he would. The food was reasonably priced though. The sangria wasn't fresh.
Lobster! Lobster!! Lobster!!!
And the bowl of clam chowder was awesome, too. Been here before, and will always be back when in this corner of Maine. Soup appetizers and lobsters were under $100 for us less tip. No alcohol for us this time. Loved the raspberry iced tea.
Excellent service in a casual setting and great outdoors environment on the Union River in Ellsworth.
Yum ????
Our party of four ate there last night. We were seated immediately. Waitress was warm and attentive. Food arrived promptly. We had lobster/steamer special, crab cakes, fish chowder, tacos, and lobster roll. Would highly recommend.
