    Carefully prepared local cuisine. Classic Maine recipes, which means not too much in the way of herbs, spices, garlic, etc added to dishes, but an excellent version of that style of cooking. Very friendly staff and a nice location, tastefully decorated.
    As one other reviewer mentioned, I think their "Al dente" pasta is a bit underdone, compared to what one would expect in Italy... but it is homemade and has a nice flavor.

    Awesome food! Not bad pricing. Not a fan of al dente noodles but other than that, amazing!
