Salt Meadow Farm Restaurant

Amazing find here folks and IF you are so lucky to enjoy the pizza you will be thanking yourself over and over and over. Hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time. I would say the best pizza in Maine. Do yourself a favor that your tastebuds will enjoy greatly and have a pizza from Salt Meadow Farm.

Stayed at quietside campgrounds just down the road and they highly recommended this restaurant and they where right. We called ahead to order since everything is made fresh. When we picked it up I was quite impressed. Excellent ingredients and wonderful service make this place a must stop on the island.

Absolutely fantastic! We loved the pizza. We voted and everyone in our family thinks it's the best we've ever had.

The best hot and cold sandwiches with fresh ingredients on bread made fresh every day. Loaves available. Call ahead or wait for the best pizza, but slices ready to go. Coffy bar. Home made cookies, lemmon bars, etc. Garden plants available early spring. An essential "Quiet Side" stop. Just go. You'll know what I mean.

While on the way to the Bass Harbor light house we stopped for lunch at this restaurant The food was excellent. My husband and I had sandwiches. The Cuban and The Avocado. We also each had a baked good. The entire meal was delicious. We where impressed with the quality of the ingredients. At the time of our off season visit, there was no seating at this restaurant. It was well worth our time. We both highly recommend anyone visit.
