Countryside Diner

This was our first time eating here. We had eggs florentine, it was delicious. Also scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, toast and hash, also a plate full and delicious. Shannon, our waitress, was great. Friendly and helpful. Our food came out quickly. They also have a case when you walk in with homemade bakery items. We bought lemon turnovers...yummy! We will be going back for either lunch or dinner. The restaurant is nice and clean. Tables and very comfortable chairs are nicely spaced apart. A great meal for a great price.

Our server was very sweet and attentive. The food came out promptly and was FANTASTIC. The portions are quite large and the prices are more than fair- and cheaper than many other places. I had crab cakes and lobster bisque, both were EXCEEDINGLY delicious. Will be back soon.

A little snow didn't stop us from the first trip of 2023! We, from the Auburn Senior Community Center headed north to Augusta, where a mystery lunch brought us to some pretty amazing food at Countryside Diner. Terri, our server was the best (how could she not be, she's originally from NJ). If you find yourself in the area, you won't be disappointed. 14 people, left full, happy and with bags if desserts!

A rare find in the Mid Coast area, a consistent restaurant with great food, service! Highly recommend stopping by here. We'll be back.
