    I’m a regular customer at this dunkin and I’ve noticed a lot of new employees and they definitely try and are making great process I would recommend this place rather than any other dunkin????

    I went here yesterday and Kyle and a tall guy with blonde hair was working. Kyle did great. The blonde guy needs customer service skills though. He was making drinks and when he'd go to give someone their food he wouldn't make any eye contact or day anything. He had my drinks and I went to him to get them and held my hands out in front of him, said "yay thank you" and instead of giving them to me he went around me and put them on the online order thing and walked off without saying anything. He looked right at me as I was talking to him so I know he knew I was standing right there.
    I felt this was very rude. I usually dont have bad times at this location other than long waits but this kid just had no customer service skills
