IHOP

First time ever being in the IHOP franchise and will never choose anyone but them as my go to family restaurant. My waiter was quick and responsive given the business. You felt welcomed and always making sure you get the best services. Food was super fast for the kids which is a lifesaver, and steak was cooked to perfection. My family and I decided this is our new family eat out going forward :)

We came in yesterday and were immediately greeted by a young lady name Casey. She was patient allowing my mother in law to get seated and decided between both or a table. I asked her which pancakes were her favorite while my mother got seated and she suggested the cannoli. By the way they were tasty! Our service was wonderful from the second we walked in the door until we left. I wanted to do the questioner on my receipt but we lost it. So thank you Casey for the wonderful recommendations on the menu for us. Thank you for the wonderful service. Stay blessed child.

I came in with my siblings and dad Monday morning. We had Casie as our server. I think she was by herself at the time too. She was amazing with my elderly dad (hes very difficult). She was patient and understanding and helped us choose the best deal for the price. Our food was ok but her service made up for it. I felt horrible watching her run around alone. You should hire more servers IHOP! she handled every set of people coming in like it was her first. But poor girl looked exhausted. Great job Casie!!! Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Waitress was super lovely and everything came out quickly. My waffles were cold but the chicken tenders were burning hot. The pancakes were awesome and we were very happy with everything overall.
