Hong Kong Island Chinese Restaurant

This is a great restaurant food and prices are amazing and great service

I wanted it to be good. It was merely adequate. We were visiting from Phoenix where we have GREAT Chinese food. I hadn't had good Chinese in a few weeks and since we were staying nearby we decided to give it a shot. The taste was just nothing special . We ordered 5 or 6 things so I feel like we gave it a good try. None of it was really great. We tried heating some up for lunch the next day, but honestly we threw the rest out. It wasn't horrible. I just wouldn't go back.

My 7 year old son, who was not at all happy about being made to eat Chinese food, was insistent, by the end of the meal, that I leave this place a 5 star review. Honestly, it was unexpected delicious, high quality, and a pleasant, clean atmosphere. More food than I could eat in 2 meals, and very reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed.

Just go. You won't regret it. Prepare for a wait at peak times. That's how good it is.

We showed up with a party of 6 adults and 7 children. The waitress was very accommodating. She was quick and attentive. Our orders were taken and quickly and accurately served. The food was hot and pleasingly presented. Our drinks were kept filled and empty plates quickly removed.

The food your typical American Chinese quisine. The fried food was not greasy and the fried rice was moist and cooked well. It was satisfying and I would be happy to eat here again.

The restaurant is clean and had plenty of seating. The decorations are tasteful and placed purposely. I've been to other establishments and wonder if any effort or thought went into decor.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience here. Stop in if you have a craving and you won't be disappointed.
