Crossroads Diner

Amazing blueberry pancake–thick but cooked l the way through. Veggie omelet with homemade wheat toast was excellent as well. Came back two mornings in a row while hiking the Appalachian Trail!

Ate breakfast twice. Good food. A little expensive for what you get.
Blueberry pancake was excellent. Home fries were also seasoned wonderfully.
Very slow service both times. If you are in a hurry, probably not a good idea. Took about 30 minutes after we ordered.

The food was really good when we got it. We really liked sitting/eating on the porch. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the long wait. We were told it would be 45 minutes. We understood but then it took another 45 minutes before the food arrived. Another party left before their food arrived because of the wait. The raisin bread was delicious. We loved being able to create your own omelet. It was really good! Our waitress wouldn't come back to our table. (She was young) We asked other waitresses at least 4 times! I know she was busy but avoiding us was not the answer! She did apologize when we paid full price. (There was no offer to discount the meal or take off the price of the coffee.)
