Stress Free Moose Pub & Cafe

This is the first place I ate in Maine while me, my wife and friend are on vacation. The food is so damn good! The loaded Nachos are phenomenal. Get it with the chili and Guac on the side. I had the 8oz Burger with Fries. It was so tasty… cooked just right. Neither one of us could finish our entrees… big servings . I want to hit this place up again before we leave. Great atmosphere. Love It!

Had dinner Saturday night after 3 days of hunting and camping. It was busy and people were waiting for inside seating since it was getting colder as evening progressed. I wanted to sit outside because I was traveling alone and had my Labrador Retriever with me. I was seated immediately. Ordered wings and a beer which were delivered quickly. I had ordered buffalo sauce but got barbecue. I was too hungry to care and they were still very good. I ordered the Lobster mac and cheese which I thoroughly enjoyed. Service was friendly and prompt and they had a water bucket outside for my dog which was very nice as well.

I highly recommend and will stop again next time I'm in town.

Love this place and love to support it! Only restaurant currently open year round in town. Great staff, great service and great food. I had the steak tips and they were out of this world! You could cut them with a fork they were so tender. And some of the best fries out there!

P.S. - if you sit upstairs think about tipping extra. That girl is up and down those stairs all day. I don't know how she does it!

The nicest pub atmosphere in Greenville, and the locals all know it. Stacy is the new owner, and has made a lot of neat changes. If you like going where the locals go, and being treated like one by the staff and patrons, this is the place. The barkeeps and staff are friendly, service varies with the crowd size but they are ALWAYS going full-out to make your stay worthwhile. Good food, and the menu has specials every day. Drinks flow steadily, so you won't be disappointed.
