    totally enjoyed shopping here with a glass of wine. This was a true well rounded shopping experience from the unique times, warm customer service, and atmosphere. Simply a great vibe. I had a magnet issue with a bracelet that was quickly replaced with a new....no questions asked.

    Been going to this place since I was a kid. It's a wonderful little store with an affordable menu. Of note, their fried fish is *divine*. It doesn't have that way-too-fishy taste that a lot of convenience store/gas station fish can get.

    Great local business!! I have already tried their fried chicken basket (Cole slaw and fries or potato wedges, yum!!) and Italian sandwiches (made with shaved ham!) I love the rolls they use. They have the usual snack foods, drinks and alcohol as well as Maine State Lottery tickets. The ladies that have waited on me have always been friendly and seem to be happy to be there (as opposed to some places)

    They make an AWESOME chicken parmasean !!! It's the only place I get one.

    This is a Historic family owned and operated country store in the heart of Detroit Maine that has been in business for over half a century. They sell Gas, propane, diesel as well as off road diesel. They are hands down the best place in the local area to get Fried Chicken.
