Riverside Takeout

Food was great. We had the seafood platter and the portion size was huge. All food was very fresh and tasty. We will be back to check out more on the menu.

Their haddock roll is delicious, cooked perfectly. Chicken burger excellent too. Must try their hamburgers. They are taking every safety precaution. Hurry in, closing September 20, 2020 for the season.

Food was served timely and very good. Had to wear a mask to be served.Hours are irregular so check before you go.

Amazing. Gay. Delicious. That’s how I would describe my experience at Riverside Take-Out. The guys “bears” are super nice, the establishment screams kindness and if you look around at all the signs you can tell they are for the community — and it’s nice to see people looking out for not only their own but everyone. The place is fun, bright, and exudes happiness. They are very green and environment friendly. Now the food — the food was so delicious that, we first had a lobster roll and had to come back 30 minutes later to try a scallop and crab roll. Everything was top notch, including their freshly made tartar sauce.

My boyfriend and I want to come back every single time we are in DownEast Maine. We need to try the whole menu.

Food was amazing!! I’m from Maine and this was the beat seafood I’ve ever had!! I love how accepting of diversity they are and the gay pride toothpicks were amazing to see!! I look forward to going back!!
