Chef Michael caters our family Thanksgiving and Easter gatherings every year. Delicious food, reasonable prices, very accommodating to specific needs. We LOVE Mike's work!
I order a cheese lasagna every year from Chef Michael for my birthday meal. It is the best I've ever had! It is packaged ready to either heat or freeze, complete with instructions. My other favorites from Chef Michael include chicken Marsala and his super delicious home made granola!
Everything I've had from Michael has been. excellent. He was able to accommodate my allergies and saved me time, money, and stress. I will not hesitate to order from him again and again
Chef Michael catered my wedding with only 6 weeks notice because we didn't know when my fiance was returning from Iraq. He came up with tons of fun unique ideas and made the whole thing stress free and delicious! I highly highly highly recommend him!
Michael makes very hearty and delicious lasagna. I've tried multi-cheese, meat (which is loaded with different meats) and vegetable. All were excellent!
