    Ok it's a new location and staff is still training but how hard is it not to overload a cup with ice. Granted most locations have the same problem. It might be how the staff is trained. More ice less coffee means less cost and more profit. Only complaint is not making the coffee as it is ordered. Otherwise great attitude and service.

    Actually not surprised. Love the new look but sadly coffee was bitter. Never any donuts available unless you get there by 7am...
